The 2026 Pop Warner calendar year runs from July 15, 2026 to July 14, 2027. All participants must meet the following requirements to be eligible.

Proof of age — official documentation confirming your athlete's date of birth

Parental consent — completed and signed participant consent form

Medical examination — completed medical history form on file

Academic fitness — athlete must be in good academic standing
Athletes must maintain a 2.0 GPA / 70% average throughout the season. Pop Warner may request proof of grades at any point.
