All individuals interested in volunteering must review and complete the appropriate forms before participating in any volunteer activities. These forms provide important details regarding responsibilities, expectations, and required permissions.

The LKN Giants will reimburse all fees associated with Volunteer Forms. Send an image of your completed certification with the invoice to [email protected] with your name and team to receive your reimbursement. If you have any questions while completing the forms, please contact the appropriate coordinator for assistance.

• Pop Warner Volunteer Form

  Required for all volunteers
• CPR Certification

  One coach per team must be CPR certified
• Background Check

  Required for any volunteer on the field with athletes
• YCADA Certification

  Required for cheer volunteers
• USA Football Certification

  Required for football volunteers
